The Egg Powder Pressure Spray Drying Machine is a continuous atmospheric pressure dryer, which uses a pneumatic or electric atomization device to spray the egg liquid at high speed and centrifugal into mist droplets, and then these mist droplets contact the hot air in the drying room and dry instantly. Finally, the egg powder is dried and dropped in a very short 1-1.5s time.



Working principle

The egg liquid is sprayed into mist droplets by a high-speed centrifugal automatic machine, and is in contact with hot air to complete the drying process. The egg powder is continuously output between the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and is emptied and discharged by the induced draft fan through the dust collector.


Although the equipment and process for drying whole eggs, egg whites and egg yolks are the same, due to the inconvenience of cleaning and the risk of cross-contamination, in general, whole egg powder and egg yolk powder are collected through a cyclone separator and collected through a bag filter. protein.


Feature

Whole eggs (containing 25~27% solids) or egg yolks (containing 45~48% solids) generally adopt high-speed centrifugation and pressure spray drying.

1. Spray drying: air flow and mist flow in parallel. The atomization pressure of the pressure nozzle is generally 6~7MPa, and it can also reach 15~20MPa in some cases. A centrifugal atomizer is used for atomization, and the speed is generally greater than 2900r/min.

2. The inlet temperature of dry air is generally 180~200℃. The moisture content of egg powder is 2 to 4%. The powder is sent to the packaging workshop with ambient air. The powder carried by the discharged dry air is recovered in the cyclone separator.
